Completed in 2024, this open one-bedroom-plus-office residence at The Bowen pairs a considered mix of materials — honeyed wood, soft plaster, tonal stone — to create a home that feels grounded and quietly layered. The open concept plan allows living and dining to flow into one another, while the office and primary bedroom sits as defined companions to the main space. Furnishings were chosen for warmth and restraint, leaning on natural textures and soft, tonal contrasts rather than statement gestures. The result is a calm counterpoint to the skyline beyond the glass.
