Completed in 2018, this project transforms a mass production builder home into a custom forever home. Since the homeowners did not have the luxury of custom building in order to live in the Sweetwater Community in Bee Caves, they brought Breathe Design Studio in from the beginning to select finishes from the builder library and decide what needed to be replaced after close. Once the house and minor renovations were completed, we helped them select all their furniture to create a cohesively designed home that allows them to enjoy the beautiful rolling hills in a pre-planned community.
